TAD PGS, Inc. Call Center Service Representative in Houston, Texas
We have an outstanding Contract position for aCall Center Service Representativeto join a leading Company located in theHouston, TXsurrounding area.
Act as customer service interface to internal employees and external customers and perform all service-related activities (Sales Orders, RMAs, warranty, center set-up, contracts, and consignment procedures).
Key Responsibilities:
Provide responsive and reliable customer service and technical support.
Provide liaison support between customers. Coordinate with other departments.
Perform returned materials process including initiation, receipt, expediting, and closing RMAs.
Use of Data Works system for sales orders, shipments, field service contacts, RMAs, warranty, and report generation.
Receive product orders and process shipments.
Provide international customer service at times, and in such an event, work a flexible schedule.
Perform other related duties as assigned, including special projects.
Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.
Qualifications:
- High School or equivalent and 0-1 years of experience.
